Since day one, 1998rich has been built with one clear goal — to deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online entertainment experience for every Malaysian player, wherever they are.
Six key reasons why 1998rich is the first choice for online entertainment players in Malaysia.
All member transactions and personal data are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Our multi-layered security system keeps your account safe from any external threat at all times, so you never have to worry.
From Live Casino with real dealers, Malaysia-themed Slot Games and interactive Bingo to live Sports Betting — the 1998rich game collection is constantly updated to suit local player preferences.
The 1998rich App is available for Android and iOS, designed to deliver a seamless gaming experience even on smaller screens. Easy navigation, fast load times and an intuitive interface for users of all ages.
Deposits and withdrawals via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and Boost are processed swiftly. 1998rich understands how Malaysia players manage their money, and we tailor our system to meet those needs.
The 1998rich support team speaks both Bahasa Melayu and English, ready to assist you at any time via live chat directly within the platform. We believe every query deserves a fast and accurate response.
Welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, loyalty rewards and festive promotions — 1998rich makes sure every member gets more value from every ringgit invested in their gaming experience.
The name 1998rich carries a meaning deeper than a mere year. It represents the spirit of an era when the online entertainment industry began to flourish — full of potential, full of possibilities and full of dreams to be realised for Malaysians. Since that moment, 1998rich has grown into one of the most trusted names among online entertainment players in Malaysia.
We started this journey with one simple conviction — that Malaysia players deserve a platform that truly understands them. Not just a half-hearted interface translation, but an experience built from the ground up with local tastes, needs and lifestyles in mind. From payment systems that support Malaysian e-wallets and banks, to game content that incorporates local cultural elements, every decision at 1998rich is made with you in mind.
This platform is more than just a place to play. It's a space where players can feel comfortable, confident and entertained. We continually invest in technical infrastructure to ensure server stability, game speed and data security are held to an uncompromising standard. Our servers operate at over 99.9% uptime, meaning you can log in and play anytime without facing frustrating disruptions.
One aspect we are most proud of is the integrity of our game system. All games at 1998rich use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently verified by qualified third parties. This means every slot spin, every poker hand and every dice roll produces a result that is truly random and fair — no manipulation, no bias and no way for the system to alter outcomes against the player. This integrity is not optional for us — it is the foundation of everything we build.
On the responsible gaming front, 1998rich takes the matter seriously. The platform is open only to users aged 18 and above, and we provide self-exclusion tools for players who wish to set deposit limits, session limits or cooling-off periods. We believe a great entertainment experience is one that stays enjoyable — not something that becomes a burden. More information can be found on the Responsible Gaming us.
The team behind 1998rich is made up of individuals passionate about technology, entertainment and user experience. We have software engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity specialists, UX designers and industry experts working together every day to keep this platform at the forefront of innovation and reliability. For us, work is not just a job — it is a mission to create something that truly matters to the Malaysia gaming community.
We also know that trust is not given freely. It is built through consistent action over time — paying out wins on time, resolving disputes transparently, updating policies clearly and communicating honestly with all members. That is why every update to Terms and Conditions members are notified in advance, and Privacy Policy we are always available for public review.
Looking ahead, 1998rich is committed to growing alongside Malaysia players. We are expanding our game library, strengthening partnerships with world-class game providers, and improving the mobile app experience to be faster and more responsive. Every piece of feedback we receive from members is taken seriously as the foundation for continuous improvement. This is not just a business to us — it is a community we care for and respect wholeheartedly.
